Nothing At All

Posted on 19. Nov, 2009 by Olivia Bell in Uncategorized Poetry

Death is nothing at all;
we are merely in different rooms,
I still see you,
you still see me,
if we look within.

Death is not our final goodbye,
we part now,
two separate paths.

Do not cry for me,
I am still with you;
do not think we shall not meet again,
our paths will cross
and we will be one,
once again.

I am here,
in the depths of your eyes,
the depths of your heart.

I’ll watch over you
every minute,
of every day.

This poem was inspired by the film, Lady Jane – worth watching, a very sad, but inspiring and wonderful film about a girl who was Queen (UK) for 1 week at the age of 16 and killed before the reign of  Mary I and then Elizabeth I
