Posted on 01. Feb, 2010 by Olivia Bell in Uncategorized Poetry

Rip the ties to our hearts,
tear at the strings bound so tightly,

tug at our seams
pry us away

forget and pretend;
pretend we no longer ache;
ache for the other.
